Back in April 2017, I embarked on a journey called the #100dayproject. My project involved painting a watercolor wreath for 100 days. I pushed myself to try different things like leaves, sea creatures, boho elements, and florals.
For days 80-100 or so, I decided to do cacti & succulents, but I didn’t like putting them in a wreath arrangement. So instead, I painted the subject within a circle frame.
Although some of the originals have been sold already.. I wanted more people to enjoy them. So I’m proud to announce that many of the paintings from my #100daysofwatercolorwreaths project are available as prints! More will be added in the new year, but for now, I’ve got some cacti & succulents available.
They will be available in square sizes only as 6″x6″ or 8″x” prints. The painted area is about 4″x4″ no matter the size of the paper. The high resolution print is reproduced on a 240 lb paper with high quality inks.
This saguaro painting was the first of the cacti & succulent series!
Some cacti have the most beautiful flowers like this peyote cactus.
And this echeveria is the pinnacle of all succulent plants in my opinion. The original is now housed in my brother and sister-in-law’s home. But you can grab a print of this, too!
This is a perfect gift for your plant-obsessed-but-can’t-keep-a-plant-alive friend. Or just anyone who appreciates nature and wants a part of it in their home.
So head on over to the shop, and grab a print or two!
